What happens next
- We check your report against the source within five working days.
- If the record is wrong, we change it and log the change in the record's history.
- If a check result changes, the business is told before the change is published.
- We reply to you either way, with the source we used.
Businesses can dispute a check result at no cost. Paying for a product never affects how a correction is handled.
